Unless the folks at Health Canada are completely clueless this is market makers slicing and dicing the unwary and weak. They do know what they are doing. They also know that March 14th is quickly approaching and they don't have much time left until the rules change.

I see this as a golden opportunity and as soon as my ACH transfer clears I'll be taking advantage of the MMs greed.
