About the GNC email. I checked out their website and from what I found they have a form-based customer service system. This means you fill out a form and submit it and they get back to you. I searched the entire site and there is actually is NO WAY to email them directly, at least that I was able to find.

I don't know if you get an email contact at CS after you buy something from them, but they DO NOT have a CS email system setup where you can just email CS like that and ask them questions.

EDIT: I did just see the mobile-alerts page with that email listed... But still think this is totally bogus.

I also do not think that Bill would have withheld something like this...
