For quarters ending in March, June, and September, Horne International will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q and issue its earnings news release by no later than 45 days after the close of the quarter. For the quarter and year ending in December, Horne International will file its Annual Report on Form 10-K and issue its earnings news release no later than 90 days after the end of the quarter. This schedule is consistent with SEC requirements.
