That would be great! I have to win the whole ball of wax first, but I feel confident with the recipe I've submitted. If they like it then it goes to a cook off with some of the regional chefs in my area and then from their I would have to compete with the winner of each regions chefs. After that it comes down to two Chefs for a final cook off and then the winner of that will represent the vendor and their product at the Derby for a 1000 of their top tier VIP's. Then you can show off your cities best restaurants which I would be more than happy to partake.
