From my understanding thats correct. Again i have to apologize for not being able to refer you guys to the specific articles and precise info ive researched and accumulated but im flying by the seat of my pants on my ipad right now and cant get to my laptop where ive accumulated the research ive compiled which is mostly health canada standards and potential and existing competition. But in a nutshell EVERYTHING Bill has stated publicly about how HC is going about its business in dealings is completely bang on. Not that im hinting or implying he isnt or hasnt i mean strictly from the perspective that this dude knows exactly what hes talking about and is ahead of the curve.
