Can someone please explain the differences between a reverse split and and a share buyback in terms of how either would impact the initial and long term value of shares? I mean i know what they are and get the math, but in practical plain application what would either do to immediately impact how the financial world sees these actions and how either impact pps or perception? And as a shareholder what to expect? Wont quote anyone or hold them to anything, just looking for more experienced investors input. Thanks in advance
