If you add that to the fact that prairie farm systems has had complaints lodged against it for sub standard product from its users not too long ago ( plus traces of copper and zinc due to its grow up being located in an abandoned mine they purchased from i think hudsons bay) leaves you to speculate that HC is anxious to have some healthy competition up and running asap.
