Received an email to confirm the conversation with Q3 10Q announcement coming in mid October. Lots going on with SMKY some of which is restricted for public disclosure before the official announcement in Oct. The share structure is AS 200M OS approx 113M 44M free trading 26M in market float minus long term holders leaving 14-17M tradeable float.
