I'm guessing things will start thawing out in April,when Tx case re Geo,which may be holding up info ,is scheduled to be over,

and the beginning of due process w dtc, as per dtc's whitepaper (under pressure by congress,which is pressuring sec and dtc to recognize due process instead of the never before seen constitutional crisis dictatorial attitude since 2009)

and the presumed political problem w the port ( possibly playing hardball after CWRN won its suit against the port re ore port was trying to confiscate) will hopefully be resolved by then also,or else Navial might  be able to obtain a permit for a shiploading station near Erendira,as Navials website forecast by 2014

since port isnt really set up for ore (unless use API terminal) and apparently doesnt want the ore business, as they are focusing on container business -and hasnt,due to finances, yet created a separate ore terminal as they have planned for years,nor even the 2nd main EIT ship berth they planned to have by 2009
