Texas, you seem to look at the glass as being half empty, not half full. You can call it being realistic, I call it being pessimistic. The Tigerlynk will be built as advertised and will do the job we expect. Sure, whoever finances the build will be paid, but not the lions share you speak of. I think himr will work hard to make sure Lake Bayano is a success, but other concessions will come, and big ones. I don't blame you for your thinking, just think you are way off base. JMHO.   JB
