I don't think most of the newly issued shares are being sold on the market. Just enough to keep the price reigned in for accumulation. There's more money to be made holding the vast majority, selling some after a big run and then exchanging what's left for shares of the new NYSE ticker. Extremely high yield and the market cap is small down here so that automatically limits exposure. Weber owns tons of shares so that limits the supply further.
Also I came here to mention the idea that a buyback is upcoming. We heard rumors of a buyback and the CEO mentioned a move to the NYSE. That would mean there's limited time before he can execute a buyback. Would work out best if it was begun quietly before the run is sparked. This market cap is quite small under .01. A lot of people are locking up shares, some operators I'm sure are locking up profits. This could turn out bigger than Monster in the very long term. They have more potential for a much broader product line. Relaxation ice cream that's another great idea. I think Weber is sitting on a gold mine.
