This is NOT for all OTC pinks, is it "specifically" for NSCC's lesser used "stock borrow program" to which only three members are current using. Makes no sense to keep it open for its members. That means "shorts" will continue by all other firms just not for the 3 members for NSCC as of March 14, 2014 who are currently in the program. Hope that really clarifies things.
