No clue. But you will have no complaints from me. My NDA was released when the PR came out Friday and I have been eating up the threes ever since when I take profits in my other holdings. I will keep buying 3s until they are no more.
Matt told me that he believes the 3s are showing up is the folks who are protecting that 300m share short position do not want the stock closing at 4 and 5 because the margin calls will force their hand if we close at 4 or above for a few days straight.
I expect a huge short covering day any day now...200m share volume day !
