On 01/15/2014 at 09:30 am the first level 2 was where this stock stood. We had an ask of $20.00 and the next ask was $50.01. Had someone bought those 100 at $20.00 and 1 share of the $50.01 we would have been at $50.01 for the last price but I say why. Some may have come to buy and perhaps no one would have spent a cent.
If you look at the second level 2 which was 01/15/2014 at 2:46 in the afternoon suddenly 5488 shares were offered at $14.00 so as to have control of all shares sold in the near future.
Who ever offered the shares short could fill at $14.00 or if in the mood could fill at $13.00 or for that matter $10.00 or what ever price the wished because there were no bids. Just as they can do now if they wish. Should they risk taking it down when people do not sell their shares.
Oh here we go again !!! "Look there are 5488 shares there that Joe is selling or Gerry is selling or anyone except who is really selling. You be the judge. What now ??
HOLD EVERY SHARE YOU CAN GET. PLACE BIDS AT A LOWER PRICE SO IF THE STOCK IS TAKEN DOWN IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO FILL YOUR BIDS FIRST. NOTHING WRONG WITH CHEAP SHARES.
