Hes been saying that a million times and assumes Delaware isn't undated(horseshit). I actually wish hes right because if all the shares were dumped we are in great shape, unfortunately hes not taking into account the conditions and just ASSUMES they dumped it all already. And he also mentions iequity's 60% which they cannot use until one year after the preferreds were issued and they were not issued as of Nov 30, so if iequity wants to give up control of SKTO they would have till at least december, thats if preferreds were issued in December 2013.
