The mistake is that Henry has intellectual property that he assigns to different shell buckets and can't keep track of what idea goes in what bucket. My perception is that Henry thinks having BBIO "wholly owned" by SKTO was actually the error and SKTO should have only licensed BBIO intellectual property. So fast forward to last week from last April and Henry thinks he can give away the only verifiable thing SKTO sharheolders have to his latest shell acquisition because in his mind SKTO is the licensing company.

Benz quickly killed that music and saved SKTO shareholder value with BBio firmly in SKTO hands. Now how will they resolve the discrepancy? My opinion is that's if they just put Monarch Vaporizers (as it's buzzing predecessor was likely destined) in AVNE, then everyone is happy. AVNE shareholders would get a nicely branded product at a great price with a *wonderful* new movie to feature it's coolness. I'm hoping for clarification from the AVNE side soon a quick and peaceful resolution.
