Naked short selling with the world economies growing again is likely becoming a Dinosaur or going the way of the Dodo Bird.  So there is a lack of need to borrow excess securities from the NSCC program.  So that helps the little stocks that were abused by outside forces e.g., SRGE IMO.  Jazz and others, is that how you see it?
