Naked Shorting has always been illegal, and failures to deliver are suppose to be policed by the DTCC and other clearing houses sources, which itself had been apart of some suits in the past because of such.  However, shorting a stock itself will continue, and probably Naked Shorting too through other clearing houses which are working with brokerage companies..................................BUSINESS AS USUAL SHALL CONTINUE.
