You hit the nail on the head. That is probably the best explanation for recent meteoric stock price rise. No more buying BLTA at half price. Buyers will now have to chase the stock up. Is advisable to build your desired position BEFORE exciting news and Inaugural Launch happen.
No PP also means BLTA must have all Funding it needs. Certification is all but a GIVEN. Just a matter of formality.
