Companies can pull NOBO and OBO lists to review how many and who the shareholders are in their company.  They can analyze the reports for what may be trading abnormalities as well.  They can accomplish comparisons of their share structure to the actual number of shares that are held by shareholders.  If there's a discrepancy, then they can continue to dig and find out exactly what is going on.

I made the term up "forensic scrubbing" to simply indicate they're analyzing the lists above and beyond what a company would normally do.  Trading in their stock on the open market IMO is suspicious.  It's almost like a robot program is trading the stock!

I've said it many times before.  I'm totally comfortable with an O/S of 360 - 380Mish and a Float of 260 - 280Mish by the end of FY2014 as long as rapid rev growth is attached to the increase.  At a certain point they can simply flip the switch from reinvesting capital back into the business to letting money flow to corporate to show a profit.  I prefer growth throughout this year.  Folks that continue to be concerned about dilution may keep this topic alive for the next 10 months!! (LOL)  That gets old when a person actually expects these types of increases.
