The quarterly is most likely the next piece of news, maybe along with delivery of the draft audit documents to the auditors.
IMO, this quarterly may be the last one before $BCAP's S-1 is complete. Here are my assumptions:
- draft audit docs are delivered by 09/28/2012
- current quarter ends 09/28/2012
- audit takes 4-6 weeks (10/30-11/15/2012)
- application for S-1 filed immediately thereafter and completed before 12/31/2012
- pink limited would kick in around 12/31/2012, but Quarterly with $BCAP as an S-1 should be filed by that time
