IMO this PR was released to possibly stall the ongoing attack by the bears before the PPS hit the high 2's again. It will do little to attract big money and thus won't move the PPS much.  I can count a handful of longs on the boards and I'm sure there are lurkers and those who don't read message boards.  All retailer longs combined can't compete with the hedgefund big money attacking the stock.  Just like the big money could give a chit about inuendo in a PR ; it's the same with the big money shorting the stock.  They are not frightened off by a PR and again; retailers won't have enough new shareholders or money to compete. Financials, financials, financials i.e. numbers in black and white; not words in a PR.
