I agree,

 for starters it never traded below .02 untill last fall after the promo which sent it to .29 from around .13, shorters love promos as well as flippers,

that is what made it fall all the way down to .0008 I believe is the lowest it ever got to.

There are a lot of longs that are on icpa including me! The float is some what controled by us by some degree!

It is a hidden gem IMO, A good long term pick! Wouldn't doubt it if even makes it to past the high of .29 last July by end of year!

Lots of stuff going on by ICPA! IC HOLLYWOOD which started airing weekly on Brighthouse cable in Jan. isn't the only show!

They have static tv show which I believe will be sold to a cable network if one of em buys it, also weekly show URBAN HOLLYWOOD is already in production! Plus they have thier own website! More on that later!
