Here is why: JBI does not have the time or resources to handle the numerous contract talks that will be happening at the same time.
TBG will do heavy lifting in terms of money required to build processors, meeting the order demand while also conducting contract talks on many levels globally. Leaving the building and support of the P2O systems to JBI.
Trying to work with one customer at a time would take to long IMO. So here we go time will tell. P2O coming to market (after first sale is announced) will be fast and strong.
