Prudent my behind. California is so broke we have to rent fire prevention airplanes from Canada during our fire season. Our public schools are not very good and overcrowded. Some counties went bankrupt, others had major scandals. High unemployment etc. The colorado experiment has shown to bring in more tax revenue than first expected. How about the fact that alcohol is served everywhere in the US, we all know alcohol is worse. Alcohol is a man made killer. MMJ is a plant. Sorry for the rant and it's not aimed at you Bells, just so sick of it already. Let's go, legalize it just like Peter Tosh.
