I think the hedgies and MM's will take it lower before we see it go higher assuming no Belize news.  I recently bought 36's and 37's but now I'll wait on the low 3's but if they don't arrive then I will buy more in the mid 3's later in the week or next.  I like to wait for Fridays most of the time since that is the day for the lower lows due to lower volume. If we get news in the meantime and the PPS takes off then all the better and I miss out.  IMO and implied by others;  only financials will take the PPS to much higher levels so I think there is time for more 3's and 4's in general.
