You hit the nail on the head/  OUr investment is essentially held hostage by the SEC as far as I can see it.  No disclosure. No information from them, no nothing.  They do not comment on the phone about investigations and we can get nothing until JR opens his mouth and updates us. I do not believe he will do that until his lawyers inform him to say something.  Until then, we sit in the trap.  The question is who perpetrated it and at this point I am not so sure it was KMAG.
