Don't ever expect the CEO of any public traded company, or even a private company that deals with a public traded company, to provide material information. Every shareholder will find out on date X what the current status is of BCAP, and whether or not the books are audited.
I have said this many times: if Matt Dwyer wanted to rip off his shareholders he's had ample opportunity to do so. The fact that he hasn't tells the entire story IMO.
BCAP can trade at no bid x $0.0001 or $0.0099 x $0.01 and my responses would be the same. People need to separate the share price trading action (driven entirely by day traders) from BCAP the business.
