Surely.  There seem to be several lapses in memory over there.  We can't even determine at this point what the investigation is all about and the negativity and negative comments through repetitious spamming is absurd.  If I were JR and thankfully I am not, I'd keep my damn mouth shut now as well and work with my lawyers for exoneration.  Not resolution and sitting on the grey's, but full exoneration, if that is within his capacity.
