Its California not Colorado though, and they are the only business doing this especially aegy(others havent opened yet)...MJ companies are buying land but not growing yet, have products in theory but not producing yet, online stores are opening but none are selling Marijuana yet...etc..the rest of the other MJ's are far from violating any laws and dont get close enough to even smell the weed. Better to play it safe just incase, but there are some things they can be more open about especially with iequity
