Citadel is on ask, another hedge fund is in the mix

In the year or so I have been following TECO I have rarely if ever seen CDEL show up on the L2. Citadel Group has a huge hedge fund, which originally started as a convert arb shop, but has obviously grown into a financial powerhouse with it's own market maker desk.

This is why watching L2's and price action is the closest us outsiders will ever get to inside information. They are probably servicing some hedge fund or institutional investor that wants a piece of the action. In all the pennies I am in, especially those getting naked shorted and manipulated down, I rarely see CDEL at all. It is usually VNDM, CSTI, and NITE. Somebody knows something and I think they are here to pick up some shares.
