THERE IS NO ACTIVE LEGAL CASE!
Following yet another discussion on ihub by an "informed and knowledgeable" poster, who says if you follow various links you come to a site called Buholegal.com where there are all kinds of "active" documents filed relating to the DEAD court case between BGL and MSJ the poster forgot to post Energy Wave's enquiry into the ownership of Buholegal.com - this is owned by someone called John Lee Ward - hardly a representative of the Mexican Government!
