Thanks!  Probably why we see the trickle trades, which have pretty much dried up as well.  I'd expect the Fidelity/Vanguard types, T. Rowe, etc. to be tighter.  Vanguard is only trading true pennies, or I'd have loaded the boat.  Still toying with a more flexible broker for when we get "thawed out."
