Frustrating yes! IMO someone has a vice grip on the PPS, keeping it down. Good news doesn't change that on any given day unless the surge of new investors from that news overwhelms their control. And there simply are not enough eyes on EWSI yet to overwhelm them with buy pressure. Without new investors EWSI could announce they've bought New York City and the PPS wouldn't move! PATIENCE is the only answer. Kick the dog, get drunk, take a trip w/o your smart phone. What can I tell ya?
