By "unless terms favored.." I meant if an acquisition favored his plans for the company to continue along with his vision.  For example, he wouldn't want a company that would simply buy out EWSI and then grow the company at the cost of screwing the company's standards for the environment such as zero landfill.  This is all conjecture of course but based on their website and Martin's past remarks during conference call or Q&A's.
