From what I heard listening to the Open House Bill and team are doing everything they can to get up and running. It was obvious that they are feeling the pressure from people asking daily when it's going to be completed. What I concluded from their comments was that if we leave them alone, stop asking and let them get the work done it will be completed sooner.

I guess it will be done in due time. Makes no difference to me because finishing the facility is the beginning and not the end of the FITX story.
