I agree, I don't know the dates.  They can't maintain this under the radar and be successful for 5 years though IMO.  It's a 2014-2015 roast here.  We have waited a long time for little returns….I'll wait longer.  It is frustrating to see the same patterns in pps I am also unhappy about it.  A good reason to take investment off table and let the profit take the abuse.  I'm still long though.  Long-er I guess.
