Mr. Williams has been a state-authorized caregiver in the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program since 2008. He has over eighteen years of work experience in information technology, security and network engineering and has held various positions as a systems and network engineer and network architect. From 2004-2011, Mr. Williams worked at the University of Michigan-MBNI Research as a research network specialist. In 2011, Mr. Williams was appointed as a CTO in the public sector and later served as the CEO and director.
Kris Klassen, President
Over 15 years experience in the medical marijuana industry. Mr. Klassen is skilled in process design, plant start up, plant optimization and construction management.
Wayne Hansen, CFO
Wayne Hansen has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hansen has an extensive history of corporate financial management. He is President of Caulfield Capital Management Inc. and was formerly a Managing partner, Asia Liason partner and Practice partner at BDO Dunwoody.

Mr. Sandu has over 40 years experience in the pulp and paper industry is skilled in process design, plant startups, plant optimization, and construction management, and project management. Thorough out his career, Mr. Sandu has overseen $500 million in construction and operating budgets.

Danny Camille has extensive experience in the sales and marketing sector, including inbound and outbound sales. After successfully owning and operating a retail business for over 14 years, Mr. Camele has utilized his success in people and relationship management as a Sales Team and Call Centre Manager (headed up $500M in pharmaceutical sales) for the past 10 years.

Dr. Benkrima is a highly experienced Horticulturalist with more than 25 years of experience in the plant sciences, horticulture and pharmaceutical researcher. Currently a Research Associate at BCIT in the Natural Health & Food Products Research Center for Applied Research and Innovation, Dr. Benkrima received her Ph.D. from the University of Paris.
Renee Priya Prasad, Ph.D., Sr Production Manager, Pest Control
Dr. Prasad is a highly experienced Entomologist and Crop production manager with a Ph.D. in Entomology from Washington State University, with over 18 years of experience in crop control.
Manessha Jaitly, Ph.D., Quality Assurance Manager
Dr. Jaitly has a Ph.D. in Botany from the Kurukshetra University, India and is certified by BCIT for Introduction of Sensory Evaluation Methods, Food Safety for the Plant Worker, HACCP.

Mr. Michael Thompson, Director
Mr. Thompson, received a BS in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has been involved in the medical marijuana industry as a licensed provider since early 2012. He has several years of hands-on cultivation experience, which include indoor, outdoor and advance hydroponic production. He also has in-depth knowledge and experience on the processing of the cannabis flower and by-products into a variety of marketable products.
Mr. Thompson has been involved in efforts to legalize cannabis both for medicinal and recreational purposes. As a part of those efforts, he has gained a broad understanding of the changing laws regarding medical marijuana. Currently, he is heading a group designed to capitalize on mainstreaming the industry in areas where recreational use of marijuana has been legalized. The goal of that endeavor is to provide an upscale retail experience for a broad range of customers. Mr. Thompson brings his expertise from both a production and retail perspective to the Board.
The Honorable Gary Johnson, Director
Gary Johnson is the former two-term Republican governor of New Mexico. Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1975. He started a construction company in 1976, which grew into a multimillion enterprise. He won the governorship in 1994 as an upstart Republican candidate, making a name for himself over the course of his time in office as a libertarian-minded conservative. He’s been active in libertarian causes, including marijuana legalization, since leaving office and is an accomplished athlete, having climbed Mt. Everest in 2003.
