There are words used in AVNE PR that may potentially unravel the riddle. AVNE says it "holds" licenses whereas it also says the licenses held are licensed to SK3 Group.
The SKTO Sept 30 2013 disclosure says: 'Products currently licensed by SK3 Group to contracted collectives exclusively for marketing and sale include: Yak line, Yeti line, Canna-Loz, and Dharmanol.' No where in the AVNE PR does it say Yak line, Yeti line, Canna-Loz, and Dharmanol are licensed to AVNE.
The AVNE PR also says its "holds" the intellectual property of BB whereas the SK Sept 30 disclosure says, "On June 30, 2013, SK3 Group closed an acquisition agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of BBORL, INC (Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories), a California Corporation for 20million shares of SK3 Group, common stock, valued at the closing market price of $0.0182 on the closing date, or a total of $364,000. (...) The principal assets acquired consisted of the intellectual property and knowhow developed by BBORL, Inc. through its former operations. BBORL, Inc. remains an independent company but provides research and development services to the Company in the medical marijuana filed on an exclusive basis."
There is a difference between merely holding something and having legal title to it by acquiring it through buying it. Is AVNE merely "holding" these things until SKTO who clearly has the legal claim and title to them merges into AVNE?

The licenses that Aventura Laboratories currently holds include; Dharmanol, Yak Capsules, Yeti Honeybud Oilers, Organakoil, Red Diamond Oil, and other products, trademarks, formulations, and trade secrets that are licensed to SK3 Group's wholesale managed collectives.
In addition, Aventura Laboratories holds the intellectual property resulting from research conducted by Berkeley Bio Organic Research Laboratory. Current and continuing research includes research into mixed phyto-cannabinoid carboxylates, decarboxylation processes, and cannabidiol (CBD) extraction methods."
