That's the problem. Sloppy filings, sloppy PRs, missing deadlines, etc. I can at least wrap my mind around.  But how you you make a mistake of this magnitude?  Maybe someone should give Henry Jan a corporate structure chart to study and explain that you can't just "reassign" assets between entities at whim.  This is not a board game Henry.  Maybe you should lay off the hip hop movie and start paying attention to who owns what here.  JMO
