That's quite impossible, as I see it. It's SKTO that owns 100% of BB (BBORL) and all its assets and intellectual property, acquired by Aventura. SKTO wouldn't give this away for free. Share exchange? The recent adjustment of AVNE A/S to 750mil  matching SKTO A/S 750mil seems to suggest that.
