Benz as General Counsel and V.P. of SKTO would have known of this transition and, indeed, been involved in the process. This was long in the making.  In July of 2013 smallcapvoice listed iequity's MedScience as AVNE. If there were anything seriously amiss in this transition, Benz would have resigned months ago. He has a reputation to protect.
