The SEC should investigate these type of boards and "news" outlets like Seeking Alpha.  They are subtle (and sometime blatant) stock manipulators.  They operate on the premise of neutrality, but nothing could be further from the truth.  This, in my mind, is worse than paid pump and dumpers.
