The prototype is over 10 years old. It will need to be redesigned for two reasons. 1. the electronics are way out of date. 2. The tigerlynk, according to the brochure could only lift 2.75 tons with a long arm attached. you have seen the pics of the trees eco is pulling from the lake. way more than 2.75 tons.
So, basically, whoever is building this will mostly be starting from scratch. We are at the end of Feb. I just cant see a whole new machine being designed, built, tested, and put into operation in 10 months. Even more so considering there doesn't seem to be much extra money, 100's of thousands at the least, to put towards it. Not at this time.
I am counting on divers to put us on the map. Then build from there. I am hoping that once we are established, we can look at a machine helping on the second concession...
