My current assessment of the situation:
Look at the A/S's aligning up at 750,000,000 for Sk3 and Aventura. That is not just happenstance. The pr about the definitive agreement does mention share exchange program between Aventura and IEquities. Hope that is in regards to the merger. The licensing rights by Aventura could mean they need that to be able to ruin a major scale operation. It could mean Sk3 had merged into Aventura. If, just rationalizing now, Sk3 is very legit, with legit products, there is NO way we could be sold out without serious ramifications
