May I clarify:
A call to HQ will reveal the following:
1. Private Placement is NOT being offered at this time! (I'm guessing Baltia has enough money, but there could be other reasons).
2. As far as I could decipher (and the young man on the phone sounded like he might be reading from a written script), it is my interpretation that the FAA certificate will be accepted by the Russians sometime around June.
3. As for First Flight - that is anyone's guess..................
All the above in my own (warped) opinion............based on things that I have heard to date............
