I also admire the folks at BBio and as stated before want to make sure they are adequately compensated. I think Jan and Art have done an amazing job assembling this company together in such a short time, but this latest move does call them into question. I will use Joeys entry around .03 as benchmark for ROI. Not looking good right now.
