I cannot find any proof that simulator training has started either.  I don't doubt you are correct.  There has always been a lot of speculating here about training, but you came here on 11/12 and spoke what turned out to be solid facts....including the PR that followed (your post 1594).  Please keep us posted if you hear that simulator training has started.
