I am definately hoping so and believe thart is the case. I have not seen any action on EVDR on the DTC website.  I did see the actions related to $KMAG and another stock (can't remember name right now). I'll post a link to the DCT puplic file notices later on if I remember.  GLTA  Go EVDR and get your act together!
