It's like td is brain dead or something to that nature.....
Maybe we already have another permit to go much deeper? Or maybe we have a permit to go horizontal. The possibilities are endless.....

My facts are:
Stuff I really don't know, or have any way of knowing, if it's truthful or not, as I'm not a party to it and was never there.
I just post whatever people tell me (hearsay).
If confronted with real truth, I'll need to make a call or send an email to correct my facts as the 3rd person knows them.
As far as eye witness accounts, I have none.

LOL! It was Treaty that was "stabbing people in the back"... All of Tuscola knows it... Soon as the rent checks from Treaty for the videographer start to bounce again he will be gone...
And to answer the question the permit is to 5000 feet. Anybody can get this info from the TRRC online...
